Appointments and Consultations: All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Free consultations are provided at our discretion and may require an in-person visit to our showroom. If you book a consultation and do not show up or cancel without notice, we reserve the right to deny future appointments.


Retainers and Payments: Certain services may require a non-refundable design retainer or deposit, which will be applied toward the project cost if you proceed. Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Failure to pay may result in termination of services, delayed production, or additional fees.


Accuracy of Information: We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information provided on our website or in consultations is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. Specifications, product availability, and pricing may change without notice.
